This tool makes it possible to convert SA DFF files to the GTA IV file format (WDR).
Making it possible to have custom models in IV.

Usage:
Click File->open DFF.
Browse to your dff and click open.

The new wdr file will be created with the same name as the original dff.

You can also select a directory. All dff files in that directory will be converted.

Known Bugs:
Wrong weapon holding bug, IV weapons contain dummies so the game knows how to hold the weapon. This will be fixed in the next version.
You can't convert peds/players.
