Title - Black and White LCPD Police Cars and Police Maverick mod by ObsessedWithGTA4

This mod will change two police cars. the predator boat, and the police maverick helicopter to black and white.

Replaces files carcols.dat, police2.wtd, polmav.wtd, predator.wtd, and vehshare.wtd

If anyone has any requests or suggestions please ask. I think I might do a total police conversion, if anyone is interested in helping or has any ideas let me know!
