The upgrade of the beach club offers 11 instead of 2 parked cars, some dancing ped, a new parking plattform, an additional safehouse near the dam with 3 parked cars, 1 bike and 2 boats and an 10 Mini Paintjobs.
Also included are versions of the map for people without project oblivion or real palms mod.
