this is a walking mod for gta vice city ... instead of run he will walk ... but theres till sprinting

just put the ped. file and place it in your anim file ... MAKE SURE you MAKE A BACKUP FILE FIRST,

hereas a video of telling you how to install the mod..butits a revealed video because people hinks its fake... but i had this mod for a year but never got a chance to post it on the internet
