What this does:
Fixes texture filtering issue with the player skins when ingame, by changing the filtering type from None (pixelated) to Linear (smooth). It's a minor fix, but it's bothered me for some time.

The fix supplied by this mod affects how the game engine handles the player skins, and cannot be simulated by blurring the player skins in an art package, or even by forcing certain settings in your gfx card drivers.

Developed and tested ONLY on a Patched 1.1 American exe. Any other exe (1.0, cracked, steam, or direct2drive) will very likely cause your game to crash.
