PS2 Loadscreens

Did you ever noticed the colorlessness of the in-game menus and load-screens? This mod fixes that.

The original PS2 Load Screen are somehow still existent in the PC "txd" folder, and they can be put to a good use...

So, this is the stuff that is changed:
- The Boring in-game menus are turned in PS2 loadscreens; they fit well.
- The Boring Load-screens that appear while "fading" in missions and while changing islands are changed into PS2 loadscreens; they fit well.

Thanks to 1TUFFS for his idea of realeasing these separately from "GTA III - Improved Edition"; tought they are still in use on GTA3IE.
