This tool can add ENEX to GTA:SA and you can use them in existing savegame. That is no need to start a new game.
Please read the accompaniying readme completely before you start the tool!

Features:


+ Add ENEXs and use them on current savefiles
+ Can delete existing ENEXs
+ Can edit existing ENEX entries.
+ Can lock/unlock any ENEXs
+ A complete IPL file can be specified, so that all ENEXs in that file are automatically added.
+ Removal of all ENEXs in a particular IPL is possible.
+ New blank IPL file can be added whose ENEX entries can be specified in the tool.


Limitations

-. At any time only one savefile can be useful. Once you update a savefile. the others become useless.

-. Compatibility with savefiles containing additional burglary ENEX is uncertain
