This mod replaces most of the texture files in your gta3.img, so make a backup.
Second is that it is a very big file, so dont complain about the download rate.
Also, install it whit Alci's img editor in this way:

1. Only import parts of all the files at a time, or you will get an error.
2. if you imported a part, always save first before you import another part, or you will get another error.
3. rebuild your archive, or you will get a very laggy game.

But as the title says, it makes the whole map look like it has been hit by a huge snow storm.

There are also some optional thing added:

-Better clothed peds(Jogi).
-Realistic traction(Jogi.
-More realistic time(Jogi).


I had to remove Ocian's SnowFX mode, becouse he wont respond, and i take that as a no to include it, but i can still give you the download link of his AWSOME mod: Here
And Alci's img editor is included, so i reccomend you use it, becouse it has a very handy "Import(Remove if exists)" functionon it, which saves you a lot of time.
