Simple stuff. Took the android version of Claude's skin, modified it to fit onto the PC model and released it. I'll release an update if I won't forget it like a tw@.

Installation:
Put the skins you download to your "skins" folder (located in GTA 3 folder)
Then start your game, go to Options, Player Setup and select the skin you want to use.
