Download either mxomaraV15GTAIV.zip OR mxomaraV15EFLC.zip according to which game you are applying the mod to.

Step 01:	Zipped FOLDER(contains IMG, IDE and WPL file) goes to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\maps\<mxomara>

Step 02a:	gta.dat and images.txt replace the files in this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data


Step 02b:	If you decide you want to edit your own files instead of replacing with the files provided, copy and paste these lines respectively:

gta.dat file:
IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/MXOMARA/MXOMARA.IDE
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/MXOMARA/MXOMARA.IPL

images.txt file:
platformimg:/data/maps/mxomara/mxomara	0

[EFLC]
Step 01:	Zipped FOLDER(contains IMG, IDE and WPL file) goes to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\EFLC\pc\data\maps\<mxomara>
