GTA SA: Liberty City Winter Mod v1.0 Beta by Dayk

This is remake of GTA III Max Payne Mod for GTA SA Liberty City 7, but of course it work with latest versions.
Some roofs and ground not change, because if i do it, some walls will change too.

Installation:
Just replace all TXD's (recommend use Crazy IMG Editor to replace it all at once).
