Turns the (useless) farm property near Leafy Hollow into a grass farm asset
Adds grass houses and plants textures to the fields
Optional script adds Health, Body armour, and a Police Bribe to the Barns on the farm
and after purchase, turns the farm into an asset to collect money.
also adds a 2 star wanted zone around the grass fields,
the police are watching and waiting to bust you!
