Hello, I after much restarting SA(over 200 times) and lots of CLEO opcodes, I give to you:
A fully CLEO 3 open-source non-bullcrap Vehicle Health meter!
This works very well with a few bugs, But it's one of a kind!

In V3:
I don't know, tell me what you want!

NOTE* If the bar goes to 30% your car will catch fire, and the health will drop to nothing.

Versions:
V1: Simple bar.

V2:
Alarm at half health(20% until death) - Optional
Bar disappears when not in car.

Install: just the the .cs and .mp3 files to the gtasa/CLEO folder.
