This is a GTA IV & EFLC better motion blur mod that you will get the same blur as in the console version but a bit better. When speeding in a vehicle the blur will appear but like the console version so no more blurry screen.

Version 2.0 details

1. I added depth of field mid to far distance view blur just as in the Xbox and PS3 version. Its very helpful for gamers that's playing from low to mid settings

2. Also blur the plain texture quality if you playing with far view and draw distance sliders from 0 to 30

3. Also helps fix jagged edges
