GTA Setting Manager was created to make it as easy as possible to not only modify vehicle handling in GTA III, VC, and SA, but to save your many custom vehicle handling settings as well. You can edit many vehicles at once, and all changes are made collectively before changing the game's files. Additionally, there is a startup manager that allows launching other tools before launching GTA straight from the editor.
