This small modification comes with the new handling codes [in a.txt file] for the duke (dodge charger), open it and you will see the handling codes for the duke - this is the new handling file you need to replace with the original one to make the drag wheelie work

 *please note* Whilst doing the above make sure GTA IV is closed as it wont work until you fire GTA IV up and it loads the next time.

- There is are instructions included aswell as the new handling line.
