This is a vehicle representing a Chevrolet C4500 ambulance with San Andreas County markings and supplies. This C4500 is a conversion from the Driver:SF GMC Topkick pickup truck, which was completed by wja and the GOCmoddingteam. snippro12 is responsible for assembling the ambulance chassis and connecting it to the Topkick frame. penguin2254 is responsible for everything else up to this final product, including the conversion from a GMC Topkick to a Chevrolet C4500.

Many others assisted with this, however, it was in a much more trivial manner. All others that had contributed are attributed in the readme file. These people would include those that partook in the creation or modification of lighting, medical equipment, etc.
