 Just changed Lt. Caine's lcpd Tahoe to an NYPD version. Replaces polpatriot. Use sparkIV and open C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img and replace the files. For the original one by Lt.
