Do you think the blue FBI Jacket is ugly?
I made it black! And yes, it is beautiful!

How to install:
1. Open IMGTool
2. Select GTA3.img
3. Replace fbi.txd with my fbi.txd
4. Rebuild it and wait until it is rebuild. Step 4 isn't needed
5. You are done!

Credits: It is made black by me, but the rest of the textures are by Rockstar Games.

Just changed some things, I fixed something I saw at the original FBI what was gone in my one.
