GTA Halloween by knightprowl and kal-el5676. just install the files in the same labled folders, and put the gta3 and gta
_int files in those images with an image tool. To play the missions you need the DYOM 4.1 ver. it's the design your
own mission mod downloadable here. http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=5038 you need cleo 3 for this mod as well.

This mod puts jackolanterns that actually light up all over the grove, changes the johnson house textures to be even older and has pics of michaels family inside. theres also a couple new weapons and peds. download it and check it out. 

Update: New improved jackolantern, and prelit tombstone.
Also a new reflective knife.



known bug: dont hit tab more than once or you'll turn into an alien
