Installation:

Just go to GTA4/pc/models/cdimages and open the weapons.img with an image editor tool of your choice (Either SparkIV or OpenIV atm), import the new weapon .wtd there (w_m4.wtd for instance), save the archive and rebuild it. Then just go enjoy your new gun
