This mod makes people in SA shoot each other. There is some cheat that makes them fight, but this mod has a few advantages over it:
1) Peds don't run away when they hear a shot.
2) Peds are very accurate.
3) Peds shoot without stopping.
4) Weapons that peds may have: grenade, molotov cocktail, teargas, pistols, shotguns, SMGs, AK-47, M4 and rifles.
5) Wanted level is removed.

Only drug dealers don't fight, maybe because they're controlled by main.scm/script.img. And gang members don't hurt members of the same gang, even though they attack each other too. It's better not to try to use burger shots, pizza stacks, ammu-nations and anything else like that because they work incorrectly with this mod. As you can see, this mod is "just for fun", and I do not recommend to save the game on important file.
Remember, with the exception for drug dealers, EVERYONE is going to kill you. Kill everyone or you won't survive
