This mod gives cj the ability to go up to people unarmed from behind and crack their necks like in GTA vice city stories!

bugs:

it doesn't actually crack their necks put it looks like it and its a fatal move!

how to use: go up to pedestrian from behind while aiming at them and press the attack button when you see cj's arm rise!(just like knife)
