Installation:

with modloader all you have to do is to put the "Loadscreens REMASTERED" folder in modloader, if you dont... follow the instructions down below

1.- Open the "Loadscreens REMASTERED" folder
2.- put the "models" folder in your gta directory
3.- replace all and play
