This tool will let you Add & Edit defined Colors in CarCols.dat file
as well as the Primary & Secondary Color of all Vehicles in Game,

As Soon as you get a Vehicle,
It will Automatically start & Let you Edit Colors for your Car Model,
You may Also Spawn a particular Vehicle to Start With,
It Gives you the Ability to Create new custom colors from RGB Value for Vehicles,
Normally VC Have 96 colors, but you may take it up to 256 (Max Limit)

Use the GUI to Get What you Want for Which One
Everything will be Loaded for your Vehicle & Basic Controls & Buttons Will do it
