With this plugin you will have radio stations enabled for all vehicles.
Also added ability to Pay'n'Spray any vehicle.





Supported exes:
gta3.exe v1.0 and v1.1; gta_vc.exe v1.0.

Installation:
Copy III_VC_Radio_for_All_Vehicles.asi to GTA 3/VC root or mss directory.
