Informations:
This mod DOESN'T make Tommy as player, it replaces ped(s), If you want Tommy to be player you will need Ped editor (search on google).
You can replace any ped with Tommy (default i set is Claude). Use TXDworkshop to open gta3.img look at the name of ped and rename
these files from this archive to exactly same name you found and then install it.

Tools:
-Use TXDworkshop to open gta3.img (located in GTA SA/models) to rename files from archive to any ped from game.
-Use Aci's IMG editor to open gta3.img and replace files.
-Tutorial for installing skins.

Warning!
Before starting the installation of this mod, create a backup so there won't be any loses.

Tutorial on how to install/change skins:



1. Download Alci's IMG editor here - http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=17269
2. Using Alci's IMG editor, open gta3.img (Located at C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/Models)
3. Type 'claude.txd' and 'claude.dff' (or the name of some other ped you chose) in search box
4. Replace old files with the new ones from the archive
5. Click 'Save'
