I got tired of the town and zone being over the GTA IV hud so I made a new radar.ini that works with it.

I didn't think to just edit the radar.ini so I actually made a new one.

Credits to Alexander Blade for making the original hud.

One of my screens show Wesser's Windshield GUI working with this too.

To install just replace Alexander Blade's radar.ini with mine.
