If you got problems to install, well... i dont know. It's a very simple mod, but much of work in it, because it is/was my first vehicle, i ever edited with ZModeler. I had some bugs in some previous not uploaded versions. If you wanna know, what bug, then see the images inside the archive, which is for download

to get the SWAT Tank, you need a CarSpawner, doesnt matter what car spawner, and the SWAT Tank's ID is 601, so... i can't thelp you more then 
Please download it, and rate it good  my friends, which tested that tank, said, it's cooler that the normal SWAT tank

UPDATE: I think about making the SWAT Tank colorable  But ill make it later if i can. But another idea: FBI Truck in Black! Wouldnt it be good? I'll make that FBI Truck later. And i think, I'll make more of these Gouvrment Vehicles, like that "Enforcer" fixing the Sign from LSPD to SAPD. or something.
