This mod is a conversion of a mod by Logan546, 50% of the work has been done by him, I've just modded the fences, added/removed a few objects so that the game doesn't crash anymore... the marine base has sprunk and snack machines, a number of cctv cameras, area 51 SAM sites, towers with 2 mini-guns attached to everyone of them, two working gates, a portion of the sewers also has been included in the base boundaries... I can add more items in it if you want me to ... weapon pickups have been added, namely, m4, rocket launcher, sniper, night vision goggles((uzi and colt pickups are already available so it gives you a complete inventory of weapons))... I can also add the marine skin mods made by him for the gang members if you guys want me to ... I've attached the read me file for instructions regarding installation, but if you are as lazy as me, you may read the install instructions below:

open your GTA San Andeas directory, go to data, then maps, then LA and replace the LAe2.ipl file by the one given by me... in short, just replace the LAe2.ipl file at this default address:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data\maps\LA
