This is my first map mod! It replace Grove Street with a new one!

*A easter egg on CJ's roof
*Leatherface wheelchair (see pic)
*A Cafè outside CJ's Garage
*New cleaner street (see pic)
*A Busstop

I will add cars and weapons (i think) in V.2
