This is a collection of San Andreas Utility Vehicles converted to Vice City, and added VIA Maxo's Vehicle Loader.

I will try and restore some special abilities and movement if possible but things like Tower and adjusting the Tray (Dumper) or the Bucket (Dumper) wont exist unless Maxorator can get it working with MVL.
Installation
Once MVL 0.98 is installed just UnRAR the File and place "YOUR-DOWNLOADED-VEHICLE.7z" in the "MVL\Vehicles" Folder.
Voila, it's done.

ATTENTION
Maxorator, on MVL
"This version can somewhat properly load San Andreas .dff and .txd files. Since SA vehicles have one common texture file, this mod tries to find and load that file too. If there exists a "Mvl\Vehicles\sa_vehicle.txd", the mod loads that one. If that file does not exist, the mod tries to find the file from SA installation directory. If this also fails, those common textures will not display on vehicles."

This mod requires you to have Maxo's Vehicle Loader (v0.98 or Later)
