This is an early release, there is still a mountain of features and functions I want to add to this app, but I don't have time to work on it as much as I would like, so I'm going to release it and update when I can.
It's pretty basic at the moment but you can create and edit textures files for the PC version of GTA IV.

Any problems or feature requests please post below. If you get an error message saying something along the lines of "D3DX9_40.dll missing" this means you need to update your version of DirectX.

I will keep an eye on the topic, if anyone finds a bug I will fix it as soon as possible, feature requests are very welcome.
