Before you install this mod you must have Modloader by Link2012 it is way more easy to put mods without putting inside your GTA San Andreas root folder.

How to install?

1. Extract the files
2. Create a new folder in Modloader
3. Copy and paste the "particle.txd" inside the folder you created

This mod is helpful for Low End Users like me and also it increases a lot of FPS in game. The reason I created this mod because some of players can find the dynamic shadows annoying and it is giving lag spikes so I decided to download an transparent picture and replaced some textures file in it. Enjoy playing without shadows.
