I deicided to make a MVL car pack for GTA: Vice City.. Only textures are
edited, but 2 of the vehicles are unobtainable ones.. i converted these 2 with 3ds max (one is the NPC heli, and the other, the LCS one, now you can drive them )

MVL car pack for VC
I made a mod for MVL vice city car pack.
I just edited the textures, but they looking nice.
The cars are:
*VCS style Admiral
*LCS style Enforcer
*LCS style Rumpo
*LCS style Infernus
*Civilian Cabbie (sadly the body image is yellow, so it appears always yellow)
*LCS style taxi (not working missions)
*Civilian Ambulance
*VCS Style PCJ-600
*Drivable Original LCS NPC Heli
*Drivable Original VC NPC Heli
Bugs: In the NPC choppers the rotors won't spin, this is because they are scripted to spin the blades only in pursuit
