this converts old gta sa cursor to the cursor which is fully like GTA IV.

How to install:
 just replace fronten_pc.txd in 'models' folder

 enjoy :-)

v2 and a new pic uploaded and it is fully like gta iv, I was very sad bcuz nobody came to help me to do this, so I made this myself :-P.
