iCEnhancer 2.0b (2.0 beta) for SA

I've decided to let you guys try the beta for 2.0 instead of letting Moddb seeing you guys are dedicated to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
It is an installer and will freeze at the enb palette due to its large size of 1gb compressed to 2mb.

DirectX 11 (I finally figured out how to get it into SA, previous in 1.8 ice was directx 10)
New Post-Processing effects such as Realtime ground reflections
Post-Processing Colour Correction
FXAA Injector
