That mod changes the standart 3D marker to new one.
I made it in GTA-IV-style, but you can make own textures for it.
Requirements

CLEO3 or higher
gta_sa.exe 1.0US

Installation
Read the ReadMeENG.txt (english version) or ReadMeRUS.txt (russian version) file.
