Tactical Hud 2.0
In tactic mode, you can do next:
-use cheats.
-draw text/textures(now its all weapons and ammo).
-open menus.
-scroll weapons.
-rotate the camera around the player.
-use realtime map and manual gang wars script features.
-100% Checklist with help markers.
When you activate tactic mode, nearest weapon pickups will be shown on radar.
Also, if you press J button, all nearest GSF-members will be recruited to player group.
Press X to activate, C to deactivate.

Installation:
Copy content of archive in GTA SA root directory.
Mod tested on latest version of CLEO 3 and gta_sa.exe 1.0us, with CLEO 4 it could work partially or not work at all.
Mod uses textures of other authors.
