instructions: open gta3.img in IMG tool, replace player.dff.

go to Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice Citymodelsgeneric and replace player.bmp


basically its just the swat skin with camo over top of it. i used a plugin for photoshop to do the camo...
