1.2 Update
This fixes several minor issues in 1.1 as well as some crashes.
It also opens up all of the Transfender mod garages and many of the vehicles.
Minor update to the code
With this update all of the safe houses are now available for purchase right away. The businesses (Wang's Auto, Zero, and Verdant Meadows) still need to be unlocked in the storyline.
